He has had the pleasure to have surveyed a large part of Hocking County as well as doing many local engineering projects.
In 1975 he was a founding partner in Hocking Valley Canoe Livery and in 1976 was elected Hocking County Engineer. Other businesses that Larry has started and is or has been involved with are Larry P. With all of this on his plate, but a desire to do more Larry has started Venture in Real Estate as a full service real estate company. Larry as owner and CEO is not a real estate agent and concentrates on his own properties. The company's broker is Rachael Collins Schwalenberg who is supported by an office manager, Marcia Jeffrey, and four licensed agents, Andy Horn, Brian Moorman, Thomas Moorman, and Matthew Neff.
Venture in Real Estate covers three main branches of the real estate market:
Larry and his staff have a basic theme for his real estate practice. Provide exceptional service to our client by assisting them throughout the real estate process. "Buying, selling, renting, or investing; we are there to make the process easier for you."
Larry has to acknowledge the unbelievable amount of help he receives from his wife, Joyce Gerstner, a retired CPA who works tirelessly to keep up with all of his various businesses.
